How to Refill and Reset Canon CLI8 and PGI5 Ink Cartridges

Submitted by admin on Wednesday, 22 April 2009No Comment

pgi-5_cli-8_canonHow to refill and reset Canon CLI-8 and Canon PGI-5 cartridges using the Uni-Kit inkjet refill kit and Uni-Kit Canon CLI8 / PGI5 Resetter. The CLI8 and PGI5 canon cartridges have a chip which recognizes the ink level in the printer and issues a disabling error message when the ink cartridge is emptied. This Canon CLI8 chip can be replaced with a new chip, or it can be reset with a Uni-Kit Canon resetter. The Canon resetter by Uni-Kit can be reused and will reset unlimited Canon chips:
